Dhanika Naik founded Vedanta Irrigation Systems with a clear vision: to give Indian farmers access to drip irrigation technology that is engineered for local soils, water quality and real farm budgets. A mechanical engineer by training and an MBA in marketing, she bridges the gap between what the field needs and what the plant can build.

Under her leadership, the company has grown from a single extrusion line in Peenya, Bengaluru, into a trusted manufacturing partner for growers and dealers across South India. She continues to shape product direction, channel partnerships and the long-term growth roadmap while staying close to farmers, dealers and the shop floor.
